Payment Terms

1. £125,999 Pound Sterling Total Cost


2. £5,999 Pound Sterling Deposit (non refundable). Please note this payment must be by Cheque or Bank Transfer and made out to “Luxuryloghouses”


3. 30% of purchase price (less Reservation Fee of £5,999 Pound Sterling) to be paid at contract stage (4 weeks from reservation). Please note this payment must be by Cheque or Bank Transfer and made out to “Luxuryloghouses”


4. 70% balance of purchase price to be paid at completion (when client receives keys). This 70% of purchase price can be fully financed by a mortgage from many International Banks, subject to status.

Example

Purchase Price : £125,999
Reservation payable : £5,999
Contract/Missive Payment(30%) : £36,000 ( £41,999, less £5,999 reservation)
Completion(70%) : £84,000
TOTAL PAID : £125,999

Mortgages

International Banks can provide funding up to 70% of the purchase price (subject to status); the purchaser will require to provide the remaining 30%.

We can recommend a UK based Mortgage Advisor to advise you, if you so wish.

Total Fees Involved In Purchase

The total fees will be approximately 3% of the purchase price. This will include all taxes, stamp duty, legal costs/outlays etc etc. Therefore if a client purchases a log home at £125,999 then they should expect total fees in the region of £3,700 Pound Sterling.
